5. San Jose- Glacier Lights
This year they have over 75,000 lights synchronized to several songs with 240 separate channels. The songs are broadcast on a short-range FM transmitter set to 104.1 FM. Talk about being prepared!

This is a great place to park your car and walk around the neighborhood to see more than one extravagantly decorated home!

A tradition that goes back until the 1940’s residents of this block continue with their dazzling displays of lights for all to see!
2. Castro, San Francisco – Tom & Jerry’s ( 3650 21st street)
Owners of the house, Tom & Jerry, decorate so lavishly you wouldn’t even know there was a house behind the decorations. Everything is scaled to fit, with some presents as big as cars! This is a must see!

Every single house for the exception of maybe one is decorated to the max! It’s nice to see the whole neighborhood get together and decorate!
